Snowshoeing to Lake Nambino

An easy and scenic excursion, immersed in the winter magic of Madonna di Campiglio. Starting on foot from the village center, the trail gently climbs through a peaceful forest path, leading into the charming basin of Val Nambino. From here, you cross the valley until you reach the picturesque Lake Nambino, often frozen and blanketed in snow, with the majestic Brenta Dolomites as a stunning backdrop.

Awaiting you is the cozy Nambino Mountain Hut, located right on the lake’s shore — a perfect spot to stop for a warm drink or a traditional lunch in a welcoming and authentic alpine atmosphere.

The return follows the same route through snow-covered larch and fir trees. For more experienced hikers, the itinerary can be extended toward Lake Serodoli for a longer and more panoramic outing.
